Superb service from Tread and Miller

I bought a pair of leather shoes from Tread and Miller and within 2 weeks of doing so, my dog chewed one of the shoes. I took it back to the store in Brooklyn Pretoria where I had purchased this from with the hope that I could either buy one shoe or have it fixed. (It needless to say provided some amu*****t to the staff working there!) They requested I give them the pair of shoes to send to Cape Town to see what could be done and to expect it back in about 6 weeks. True to their word, they called me about 6 weeks later to say the shoes were ready for collection. Not only did they repair the shoe but as they had had to use a slightly different leather to do so, 'work' was done on the other (not damaged) shoe to ensure the shoes looked the same. And on top of this, I wasn't charged!

I will certainly go back to Tread and Miller!!! Superb and unexpected service!!!
