Putrid customer service

Good Day

I would like a manager from the Canal Walk branch to please contact me. I had an enquiry yesterday which Chad very politely assisted me with. I then called back today to follow up, Morne' had answered the call, as soon as i asked for Chad he dropped the call. I thought it was by accident and called back, as soon as I called back and asked for Chad he went ahead and dropped the call again.

Is this the type of service you offer all your clients? Can it even be called customer service?

I look forward to a call back ASAP.
