Poor service once again

<p>I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Tread + Miller on Feb 10, one from Brooklyn Mall, the other from Menlyn mall. Unfortunately the Rare Earth Willow She in Charcoal, a size 39, turned out to be tight so on Feb 10th I sent an email to customer care requesting that a size 40 be delivered to Menlyn for an exchange(ref no:15611). On Feb 13th I got a response from Saadiqah Leeman informing me that the request has been processed and the store (Menlyn) will call me once the shoe is in their possession. On Feb 20th, when I still had not been contacted by Menlyn, I sent another email to Saadiqah informing her that I'd only received a missed call from Midlands and wanting to know what the issue was with Menlyn receiving the shoe. There was no response from her (ref #: 16956). What's so difficult with getting me the right size shoes? </p>
