Poor service

On the 11 august i went to Middelburg mall mpumalanga to place an order. I paid 150 for courier and promised that my boot will in the shop in 7 working days. On the 19th i made a follow up. On the 20 a lady called me back she said i should be patient. On the 30th i called cape union mart head office and the took my number said an area manager will call me back the same day before end off business. But the mananger did nt call. On the 31 i called again and the lady told me that she cant gt hold of the management to help me.
