Poor Service

I bought a shoe online and ***** it once and the glue on the shoe spited, I send back the shoe and I had to do a follow up call to find out if the shoe was received then the tried to help but it was a lie. The send back the same shoe that can't be worn. The said I can exchange or refund it from Cape Union and Mart cause the is no Tread + Miller close by. Ever since I've been calling them and they promise to call me back but nothing. Since a month ago this has been back and forth
