Poor quality shoes

I would like to express my disappointment in the quality of your shoes rather the pairs I have purchased, I have been purchasing shoes from your outlets but my recents purchases have been very much disappointing.

Around October last year I purchased a pair of one of your shoes (Arthur Jack Arthur Jack Seth Men's Sneaker - White) see attached photo. Upon wearing the shoe on the first day, one of the main stitches came off, now knowing your shop and having been buying shoes from you guys for a while I know your shoes have a year guarantee, thus I went back to the shop and the shoe was swapped out, on the very same day I saw a pair of boots that I liked and thus walked out with a pair of shoes that were replaced (Arthur Jack Seth Men's Sneaker - White) and a pair of the boots - (Arthur Jack Rory Boot Charcoal).

Now all this happened in November before I left for the US. I wore the shoes a couple of time and about wearing the boots on the second day in New York (which was very embarassing for me), the boots sole on one of the shoes came off... looks like the clue wasn't good enough.

Secondly the white pair once again, the leather just started creasing so badly making the shoes look very ugly... further more, the shoes have a blue material inside and thus the white leather on the outside is starting to show signs of the blue... I havent app**** anything on the shoes what so ever.

This is very disappointing and would like someone to attend to this and revert back to me... honestly this exercising of going back and forth to your outlets to return poor quality shoes is becoming a painful exercise.
