No Show at Tread + Miller

<p>I had ordered an Arhur Jack Sable boot online on Tread + Miller. My connection got disconnected and when I tried to get back my cart to continue 'checking out, my cart was empty.</p> <p>I could not purchase the same item becasue my size was out of stock. I received an email reminding me of pending payment but it did not contain the order/reference number or a detailed invoice of my purchase. The item was on sale and such great value for money! When I called through to T+M 's Customer Services almost a week ago I spoke to Francis and he promised to get back to me. I have given up waiting...It is such a shame becasue my previous dealings with the Cape Union Mart Group has been extremly pleasant. There have been times an item would be out of stock on line and the online consultant (Taryn Cupido) would contact all the branches to try to locate and send it to me. Dissapointed customer:(</p>
