No Guarantee -Tread and Miller

I advise that when purchasing and being promised any guarantee from Thread and Miller. My suggestion is to be very cautious and not assume that the company will honour any claims.It appears that they practice a habit of humouring the customer and then claiming its not their fault and subsequently defaulting on their commitment. This is of especial concern because from personal experience , they will not even make the effort to look at the matter personally and rely on their sales staff to pass messages with-out accepting any responsibility or providing any explanations .
