How service should be

<p>My hubby ordered shoes via Tread + Miller's online store. The whole experience was great, however, when the shoes arrived the one pair was too small and the colours didn't match on the other pair. Found out on their website that we were able to return the shoes to an actual store, so off we went to Tread + Miller in Mall of Africa. All I can say is wow. The staff were friendly and helpful and swopped hubby's shoes with no complaints/issues. Thank you Tread + Miller for reminding us how service should be!</p>
