Does your promotions apply to online shopping???

I recently bought 2 pairs of male boots online . That was on Fathers Day . To my surprise all the shops and the one online had a special promotion which said buy one pair and get the second at 50% discount. I bought the 2 pairs online and did not get the 50% discount as advertised . Whom do I have to talk to to get my discount refund...........
