Defective goods

I recently purchased a few items from Tread and Miller and am extremely disappointed with the poor quality and craftsmanship. First, a R1200 leather handbag bag I purchased had a big stain. Now, I'm having an ongoing issue with a R1300 pair of shoes, which I had to exchange 4 times as all of the pairs I was sold were defective - from broken buckles to damaged soles, uneven and rough stitching, and even torn leather. The fact that multiple pairs of the shoe are flawed is testament to the poor workmanship. You cannot expect customers to pay premium prices for products of such poor quality. Furthermore, it is unacceptable and ********* to sell patently flawed items to customers. To compound matters, my multiple attempts to get assistance via email and social media have gone unresponded to. Awful customer service!
