Best Service experience in South Africa
You should be proud of all your staff, in all your branches. From Jonathon at Rosebank making the call to MOA to get my size. Then call me 15 minutes later to say it will be delivered to Nicoll way. Then the staff calling me there informing me out had arrived. Your service levels are heartfelt and genuine, polite and warm. You really have hired expecting people and instill wonderful service ethics in them all. They do your brand proud!
