Bad quality leather wallet

My complaint is about a leather wallet, bought at the beginning of Sept 2018 for a 21st gift. The quality is terrible. The lining is pulling loose and another part as well.

I have emailed the company, with no response. Emailed twice again, still no response! We had the wallet engraved as well - who will refund that money??
