bad customer service

trade+miller is a very expensive store with no quality to their customers, I went in to cresta store to hand in my watch which is under warranty and the store manager sent me back with the watch saying he has to find out if they still repair the watches because they don't sell them anymore, and he went on and said again he will call me for feedback, which its been 3 weeks now nothing, called their customer care still nothing and I will not recommend that store and their partner due to how they respond to matter.
