Absolutely no response or updates re my order
<p>I placed an order on Sunday morning, received a invoice after paying, but since have heard asbolutely nothing from the supplier re my order, the status of its delivery and when I can expect it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I purposefully ordered the items on Sunday morning because I need it on Thursday morning (4 business days). When I clicked on the link for the shipping details, no trace was found of the order. I called 6 times to the call centre number and there is no answer. Not even a auto voice prompt to say the office is shut. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely discgraced by the quality of service from a retailer whose marketing approach place emphasis on its eas of online shopping, but I am very dissapointed and wil make sure my friends and family avoids using their online portal for their Christmas gift shopping. </p>
