ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, PERIOD!

My friend and I went to the Pavilion branch in order to find shoes for his upcoming wedding. this was roughly around the 5th of May. We were looking for shoes for the groom and groomsman ( 3 of us ). An employee by the name of Jordan approached us and assisted us unfortunately they did not have our sizes 2 x 10 and 1 x 12 in the boot "Arthur jack" he assured us that he would order them and should take a maximum of 2 weeks, to get here. shoes are valued at 1600 each which is a total of R4800. There after we had not heard from Jordan in approximately 3 weeks, so i went back to the store and was told that he had left the company. Had i not gone back to the store i would still be relying on this useless Employee. The worst part about it is, we were assisted by another gentleman i cant remember his name and we did the same process and were reassured that it wont take long to order and he is terribly sorry about the inconvenience and will make up for it, R4800 at one time is alot of money considering it is a guaranteed buy! this was nearly 2weeks ago that we did this and have not heard from him again. He has all the relevant information, but clearly the people that are working in store do not care about customers and the amount of money they will spend in your stores! I tried to get through to the store, no answer, i tried to get through to call centre i was number 1 in queue for 6 mins. clearly the call centre dont care about customers either ? Why are you guys doing business if you couldnt be bothered about your customers. Please have someone contact me urgently as this is going to be published elsewhere .
