Andre Thuynsma TRE 4x4 South Africa

I dealt with Andre Thuynsma, owner of TRE 4x4 Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). I paid him R70000-00 upfront, 17 months ago, to supply and fit a new rear diff locker and compressor, and supply and fit new gear ratios in my Jeep Wrangler differentials. I couriered the differentials to his shop on his request, as he would do the fitment to make up for numerous excuses for not supplying the fully paid-for parts. which now seems to have been a ruse to get his hands on the differentials with no intention of completing the work or supply. It would now seem that it was a deliberate act just to obtain possession of a set of JEEP Wrangler differentials, as he does not react to phone calls, messages or even outreach from MIOSA. At first he blamed suppliers, but when they were contacted they claimed no knowledge of him or the parts. TRE 4x4 supply company have claimed that they broke off any dealings with him, due to unhappy clients, unsupp**** parts and altogether dishonesty on his part. STAY CLEAR. MIOSA is about to issue a certificate of non-compliance to automotive industry code. I am proceeding with civil procedure as well as a ******** case for the theft of my property and the *****ulent transaction to take money from me. At first he had never-ending excuses for non-performance, a lot of empty promises which he clearly never intended to keep, and then he just ghost you. I drove all the way from Cape Town to his shop in December 2024, and he could not even pinpoint my differentials in his workshop. Obvious intention to ***** and de*****.
