not replacing damaged goods due to negligance

i have recieved 2 ridicilous offers in the last 2 weeks in regards with damaged goods , the 2nd offer lower than the first and the contracters they send to do a acessment after i fought with them as they wanted to only make a offer based on cell phone photos , the contracter then informed me that they contract work out as they dont know how to fix furniture <br> i have reeived a mail from a stuutafords director telling me to acept the offer as dealing with the insurance will only frustrate me ? and that the insurance they use ? <br> i have not received a fair offer yet , most days i just get ignored when i want to know how far my claim is <br> they have tried top bully me in acepting a offer (non gratia) meal foucher in leu of me , my wife , daughter and a 8 month pregnant girl had to sleep on the floor for 2 days as they failed to notify me that my delivery will only be days later than the agreed/requested date <br> when my furniture arrived they had to go back to the yard as some of my furniture was not even on the truck and they did not know where it was
