If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Traxdor is hands down the worst service provider I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered burglar bars and security gates from them in December 2024 after a break-in at my home — a time when security was urgent and non-negotiable. I was promised that the gates would be fitted within 14 working days. That was the first lie.

Fast forward to May 2025, and I’m still waiting for one last gate to be installed — almost SIX MONTHS later. The installation has been staggered and disorganized: a few gates fitted in December, another section in January, and the final gate… still nowhere to be seen.

Their communication is an absolute nightmare. You’ll have to call five times or more just to get someone to answer — and even when they do, it’s nothing but empty promises. They don’t respond to WhatsApp messages, they don’t return calls, and their so-called team never shows up for the appointments they set. It’s like dealing with ghosts. ***********, unreliable ghosts.

This company clearly has zero regard for its customers, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. To say I am disappointed is an understatement — I am angry, frustrated, and deeply regret ever doing business with them.

Do not waste your time or money with Traxdor. They will lie to you, ignore you, and leave your home unsecured for months on end. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
