Dishonesty and poor management

On the 26th February a consultant came to my house to take measurements as I wanted to install traxdor on my sliding door, I paid the amount in cash which was stated on the invoice on the same day 26 February 2025. I was told my door will be ready in 7 to 14 working days, day 16 I sent the consultant whatsapp message, he read no response. Day 17 I called the office I was told the guy who was here for measurements will get back to me. Day 21 I called again the guy who came here for measurements I was told the door will be ready on the 27th March, today I called again asked to speak to the manager around 13hours he said he will get back to me within an hour till now he did not.
