I just want to compliment the guys there at Trax KTM on their service. I've had dealings with them over the last 3 months and every-time I walked away with a smile.

I had an issue with my RC8 and they helped me out without a booking and thus secured a sale which might have been lost if they did not assist.

Again today, my exhaust was sorted out in record time, and apart from that, I was contacted to hear if an exhaust guard can be fitted as a recommendation to avoid future damage.

Shortly after this I was contacted to inform me that my bike was ready for collection. This all transpired in a period of 2 hours, what a pleasure.

When I got there the bill was ready and after settling it I found my bike already loaded and tied down.
