We were planning a trip to Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia and we required air tickets from South Africa to our destination and back. I was referred to Conrad at Traville Travel and he provided quotes within a day and we chatted and I accepted the quote. The tickets were purchased a few months prior to our departure but Conrad kept in touch with me. He emailed me 48 hrs prior to our departure and arrival back in SA regarding our online check-in,which made check-in seamless. Also when the tickets were purchased ,he gave us good seats and we were very comfortable . I would highly recommend Conrad and will definitely use his travel agency again
