There are agents- and then there is Conrad. I had a last minute emergency at 20:30 in the evening, on a public holiday, in which I had to make my way to Europe urgently. I rang Conrad; he was a true professional, (late evening / public holiday) he arranged my entire travel within the time it took me to shower and pack my bags- for a 23:50 departure out of Cape Town. He made, what was a difficult situation for me, absolutely seamless. I can't express my gratitude enough. If you ever need someone beside you, it's Conrad. Due to the last minute departure, he worked through the night, arranging my connecting flights and return, while l was in the air. He phoned me upon my arrival in AMS with the various options and managed it like a partner. I think a lot of us think we can manage our travel ourselves, and to some extent we can- at least I thought I did. When you need it most, this guy has your back. Don't mistake savings for value.
