Highly recommended!

I'm not sure Conrad ever sleeps! I hope he does. He is definitely not your average travel person. He has so much of himself in his service. I first found Conrad when I booked my own flight and landed in a pickle. He sorted everything out and kept me posted along the way. In 2022 he helped me secure a decent priced flight to the UK when the prices were shooting way through the roof. He made sure I had a better seat than I asked for and when my flight along with 2400 other flights were cancelled he immediately reserved a flight on a Friday to see what would happen over the weekend. When he saw things weren't looking good he confirmed it!! Thank goodness.

My son and friend arrived home today after 2 months away. Without asking or expecting Conrad sent me an update of their flight and expected arrival. He really has been a star! He has been straight and honest even let me know when he was out and that he'd get back to me at x time.
