Conrad truly understands the meaning of customer service, going above and beyond any service provider I have ever interacted with, in any industry. And he does it with a sense of humour. He has booked many flights for us, including difficult and limited travel during Covid times. He gives us selected options that offer shortest flying times, best prices and largest luggage allowance. He is always responsive on WhatsApp to assist with last minute flight changes, efficiently and effectively.
