Forgot Lock Code – Need Help Unlocking Travelwize Bag

Hi, I own a Travelwize suitcase and unfortunately forgot the pin code. I’ve tried the standard unlocking methods but haven’t had success. Can someone please assist with resetting or unlocking the bag without damaging it?
