Zero star, Worse Service Ever!!!!

Definitely need a zero star. I recently booked a flight through them with Etihad, departing 04 November from SA to Thailand. I made a typo with a name, literally just the last two letters.

I have logged a complaint in July and the matter is still not resolved. They keep on saying it’s the airline, the airline says they need to fix it…… basically they just don’t care about after sale service, once they have your money, they’re done with you. I repeat do not book through travelwings, there after sales service is pathetic.

Flights are also moved from your planned dates, they take no accountability. In fact they take no accountability for anything, don’t even know if they know what it means to truly care about a customer and customer service.

They’re operating model don’t work for average people like us…..o they can change my name error for they price of my annual salary. Something so easy yet so difficult, shame on you for just taking peoples money and not caring afterwards. Never again in my life would I book through them.

Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!they will give you a heart attack!
