Worst customer service ever. I did not even make a mistake in my booking
I wish I could give them 0/5. They do not deserve 1/5. I made 3 different bookings for 5 people via Qatar airlines. The money was deducted from my account twice - for all 3 bookings. They refuse to assist in the matter. I am still R35000 SHORT, and they dont care.
