WORST AGENCY TOTAL *******!
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE with this agency! The worst travel agency ever!!! They charged the seat and not adding in your ticket!!!! They refer you to the airline for the seat but airline will only assign as they dont have the payment and only the AGENCY can do it! Now i asked for the change of name they said not possible ????? Why???!!!!! They asked me to refer again to airline but airline can’t do anything about it asthey said they booked i have to check with agaency they should be the one to modify that. Not recommended at all!!!! Been following up for days but no results! Their agents are so rude 3x hanged up on my face!!!! WORRRRRSSSTTTT!! NEVER AGAIN! 😡😡😡😡😡
