Wonderful experience

I wanted to reissue my ticket from Johannesburg to kochi. I talked to customer care representative Ravi. And he was really helpful, supportive and very polite. I love the way they behave to the customers and really helped me to reissue the ticket. Thumbs up and five stars to Mr. Ravi
