I would rate less than 1 star if possible. Booked a flight which billed me R348.44 as an additional charge for a 1st class 'seat'. Arrived to check in & was told the flight had been booked by Travelwings but they did not pass on the funds I paid for the seat to the airline. As it was a 1st class seat that was reserved, no other seat was available as flight was fully booked. I had to pay again for the seat. How did I get booked on a flight without a seat I overpaid for?
