Very good service and very helpful agents

I had a good experience with Travelwings. I booked an incorrect flight and they were willing to cancel it on the same day without a penalty and we simply changed my booking to a different flight, using the money I had already paid. Some reviews complain about Travelwings not answering phone calls, but this was not my experience. I phoned them three times and every time it did not take long to reach an agent and their communication was perfectly fine. They also called me back a few times. And then Varsha assisted me using the website's 'chat with an agent' feature to successfully transfer the cancellation insurance I had paid for the incorrect flight to my new booking. I was worried that I would lose the insurance money I had paid, but fortunately with Varsha's help I did not lose any money and the insurance policy was amended to cover my new correct booking. Also a shoutout to Sarwa for helping me find a good flight, and to Anita and Gerima who helped me over the phone to cancel the incorrect booking.
