Very bad service!! Never again!!

I hate to say that I had a really bad experience with the agency with regards to a refund. Firstly when I requested the refund and was told it will be processed immediately and the amount was confirmed. Three weeks later I follow up only to find out that it was not done and I had to submit a request again, take note that the English is not really something some of the agents are good at comprehending. Weeks later I call and am told the refund was processed, the amount is now half of what the initial agent told me it will be with penalties and airline fees. On top of that they refuse to send me proof of payment, they say the refund was processed by the airline. To make matters worse, the airline tells me that the agency is lying to me, they do not process third party refunds as the booking was not made directly through the airline but through the agency.

Our experiences might not be the same but I myself do not recommend this agency and I feel their staff is not properly trained. Lakshmi and Muskan are one of them. You would never believe the false information they shared with me with regard to refunds. Which I do on a daily basis in my work.
