URGENT: No response on my ticket from travel agency

Hi. I have booked a flight on Friday 16 June at 18:30pm from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Unfortunately, I had an emergency flat tyre on my way to the airport and I needed to attend to that since I was driving female alone. To my dismay, I was a few minutes late to check-in and they sent me to ticket sales for assistance. Ticket sales counter was not able to assist me and told me to contact the third party inwhich I have purchased through. I tried calling your line for a long time and there was no answer to assist me with this query. If travelwings had answered the call when I called, I would not have missed my flight and would have still made it in time as there was still much time left in order for them to make changes to flight or give any guidance. The communication line is terrible and there is no guidance with regards to anything.

Could you please advise me on what to do now regarding the ticket that I bought. Below is my information. I would also like a refund on my ticket money as I feel had they answered the call I made, I would not have missed my flight because they would have assisted me since there was enough time to do so.
