Uncaring treatment by Travel wings.com
We have been waiting for a refund since Sunday evening after they canceled my wife's booking. The gentleman on the line dropped my wife's call after more than 50 minutes on the line. I just called them this morning, they talk of another 24-hour waiting period for a refund while we have been waiting since Sunday evening after they canceled the booking.
I find this treatment unfair and uncaring.
You cannot say to us you are sorry about the inconvenience caused but not promise to speed up the process after clearly contributing to the inconvenience.
