Travelwings.com refusing to conduct business in a fair and just manner
I wrote a review to Travelwings.com last week about a refund on a flight ticket reference number TWBR-F671643 and their reply in brief was as follows. "It is crucial to note that the non-refundable policy is in accordance with the airline's regulations" and "If there was any misunderstandings or miscommunications, we truly apologise" Section 52 of The CPA grants the courts authority to decide on fair and just conduct, as well as terms and conditions that can be regarded as being unfair to the consumer. I also remind you that nowhere on the ticket or any correspondence with yourselves does it state the ticket was non-refundable. We do not accept your explanation and urge you to be fair and just.
