Booked my flight on 1 September, they take the money and send an email saying booking was unsuccessful. They promise to refund you within 48 hours.

Their modus operandi is to make you the following promises when you call:

1. They ask for your booking reference and email (for sp called security reasons)

2. They put you on hold and then come back to tell you that accounts has processed and ask you to wait 24 hours.

3. They apologise for the delay.

The above steps are repeated every-time that you call them. Their switchboard is somewhere in Asia (probably India), and they will never let you speak to their superiors.

After much frustration, they gave me the following physical address:

155 West Street, Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg
