Although there were problems with their telephone line, which meant that calls could be abruptly ended (something of which they were aware and were working on) I did receive excellent service from Nikhil at Travelwings. He phoned me back immediately after our call was ended prematurely and was courteous and efficient, sending me an email immediately our phone call ended giving details and confirmation of the air ticket that I booked through them.
