Travelwings is bad news
I try to make a booking to the UK with this Travelwings and after I make my payment i receive an error that my booking failed with reference number F574772.I call them and talk to a person which ask me to hold on. After 12min the line went off. I call again and talk to a lady called Nikita. Eventually she was very helpful and also call me back. Problem not solved and she ask me to make another booking as the price has gone up. I make another booking after about an hour and the issue was experienced after i make my payment. So I call again and talk to a gentleman and i ask for Nikita. No Nikita will call me back but this never happens. Now what now I am still without my booking with two error messages due to failed /denied transactions by Travelwings
This is extremally poor service no wonder they only have a 2 star rating. I will never dealt with them again
