Travelwings insane charges for name change
I booked two tickets through Travelwings from JHB to CPT, however, I made a mistake on the surname of the one traveller, now that I want to change the surname they are charging R690. I chose travelwings because it didn’t have terms that you will be charged for changes. The amount charged is more than half the amount of the tickets. That is insane. When I make calls they keep putting me on hold.
