Travel Wings Customer Service is excellent!

I had booked flights from Bloemfontein to Gqeberha through Travel Wings, and a day before my flight, Cemair changed the flight times which meant I could no longer make the flights, so was told I would be refunded for the tickets. The airline and the stock agent took extremely long to get back to me, however, Travel Wings Representative Ravi was excellent in keeping in touch and following up constantly until finally my refund was approved from the stock agents side. Ravi worked extremely hard to make sure I was happy and that the refund was done. I am very grateful for how hard Travel Wings and Ravi worked on my refund. I highly recommend. Thank You!
