Thank you Varsha for assisting me with my Booking. Need to be honest, I was extremely skeptical about booking via TravelWings given the few negative reviews and also a lack of reviews thereof. Was assisted by Varsha, bought a ticket for next year. Helps that I’m planning for next year because the EFT took two days to reflect. I can’t imagine how that would have been if it was a same day or next day flight! I think they could definitely improve there or instruct us to do immediate payment in cases of urgent bookings. Got my ticket for a very good price and although the booking is confirmed, I’ll come back here to this review next year to share once I’ve flown. Overall 4 stars, the -1 star is because there needs to be improvement in the payment confirmation process, they can use trusted payment gateway vendors in my opinion to take away from customer frustration or stress.
