Terrrible service

Absolutely terrible customer service form them. I tried to change my flight schedule with them a couple weeks before my return flight but they were unable to assist my for some reason. I paid them a lot of money for the flights but I can't even change the schedule? I had sent them hundreds of emails but all they sent back were these lazy bot messages that say oh contact us on Whatsapp or call us on bull**** number line. I also managed to call them but I am just put on hold forever till the operators pretend they cant hear you and cut you off wasting your time money, airtime and energy. This whole shill company is a ***** that takes your money and delivers no services, once you've paid them it's not their problem, IT'S YOURS!!!
