Terrible Experience – Avoid This Travel Company!
I recently booked a flight through travelwings.com, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They took my money upfront for the ticket, but the booking failed. I’ve reached out, but customer service is utterly unhelpful.
To make matters worse, there’s no clear feedback on refund, which feels like a total ****. I’m left in limbo. I need the funds to rebook my flights. I regret not reading the reviews before booking. Save your money and sanity—look elsewhere for your travel needs!
