Still awaiting my refund

I had the worst experience ever, travelwings refuse to give me my refund after they never sent me tickets and when I called to enquire about the tickets, they said that the airline refused the booking because of fare fluctuations and I was told I will get my refund within an hour and that I should try to book again as they couldn't do it for me since the money is now short, with this information I decided to book for another day because the day that I wanted had now expensive tickets, so I made a booking while awaiting my refund, so after all this I haven't received my refund instead they keep sending the same automated email saying that it's a nonrefundable ticket and that I gave them the wrong email address so the tickets got lost that way, I keep telling them to listen to the recording of the call I had with their agent when I asked about my tickets and they don't care they keep sending me the same message, they don't return your calls, they asked for proof that I really booked with them even though they could see that the money is in their possession so I've sent them my bank statement clearly indicating the transaction but to this day, I have not received a call from them, I keep sending texts and emails but they keep sending the same annoying reply...I don't like this company
