On 27 April 2024 I booked a flight to Durban from OR Tambo through Travel Wings but the seats were not booked. I was one of many other passengers in the line who realised we got ****med when Lift confirmed that their 9:55 flight was fully booked and therefore Travel Wings could not have secured tickets for us. When you call the agency they transfer you to Dubai and tell you that Lift cancelled the booking.
I have spoken to Lift airline and they confirmed that they are not withholding any monies nor did they receive any booking for me under Travelwings Ref : TWBR-F669085
On 7 May 2024 Travelwings rep**** and said refunds would take 4 weeks and were processed on 1 May 2024
It is 5 weeks later now and they do not know where my money is and no refund has been received. Whatever you do do not use these guys they are *****sters
