*****ING MY MONEY

I attempted a flight booking with this company, but received a "Booking Failed" automated reply. MY MONEY WAS STILL SUBTRACTED! I've been attempting for more than a month now to get my money back. They send me back and forth, not allowing me to talk to supervisors or managers. They promise callbacks which never happen. For the first two weeks they said they did not receive the money, then they started admitting that they have the money, but they are not refunding it. This company is *****ING my money!
