Stay away from this company.
DO NOT USE THIS BOOKING AGENCY! My parents booked a flight for me from Cape Town to the UK with this company and Qatar. The first transaction went off and the flights were booked. However, two days later, a second transaction went off again. Travelwings has been completely useless in sorting this out. The consultant told me to sort it out directly with Qatar, and Qatar said we should sort it out with Travelwings. They have now ****** £900 from my parents and they seem to be completely okay with it, even after providing bank statements showing the double payment.
