To say service from heil is an understatement, this airline knows how to swindle people out of their money worst service ever if you need to rebook you literally pay for triple tickets and you are put on hold for hours and deny you access to speak to person in charge...dont use this flights **** of a life time worst part the claim not to have offices in south africa but call on 012 number what a joke
