PLEASE do not make use of this so-called travel agency. Customer service is non-existant. The email address, ***, does not function properly. The +*** telephone nr's call quality is so bad, it is inaudible, and at the odd chance of someone picking up, you are placed on hold immediately or cut off. Good luck in making a change on your booking, it is impossible, not to mention requesting a cancellation. ********, AVOID at all costs.
